"My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Rochelle Chacon from Coldwell Banker Realty. Rochelle was professional and had such a wide range of knowledge about the market in the area. My mom’s house had “good bones” but was outdated (she had lived there 49 years). Rochelle offered to make some upgrades to the house. She handled all the planning and costs but always kept us in the loop. The nice part was that we didn’t have to come up with the funds for the upgrades. The final costs were taken out during escrow. She handled every detail of the upgrades and always with such a positive attitude. Nothing rattled her, she just looked at everything as an adventure! We were not in the area but that didn’t matter at all. She took care of everything for us. Within 3 weeks Rochelle had all the upgrades completed. She worked tirelessly to get it ready to list. "Kyle was great and professional from day 1. He had found my family a rental last year which was a great experience and we got the perfect rental property with a great landlord. We started looking for a home pre lockdown when everything was simple. He kept me up to date with new listings and we saw some properties within hours of them going to market. During lockdown we looked at many properties but the market was extremely fast and Kyle was patient with my families needs. Just as I was going to stop looking for a while, one property popped up. Kyle knew it was the one and within a couple of hours we viewed the property. We made an offer the next day. Then 7 other offers were on the table as it was a great house. By Sunday night we submitted our best and final offer with Kyle advising the best possible plan. Monday morning we found out that we had been accepted. "I rarely write reviews as I rarely get impressed. However, I feel obliged to do so to get the word out when someone is really master of their craft and goes out of her way to get things done. That was my experience of Rochelle handling my house sell. When you make a decision to put your house on the market, you want an agent that has a VERY good sense of buyers power, where the market is going and is giving you the right advice on what to remodel or not to, how to present the house in open house and the list goes on, you would only know about you made a right decision of choosing your agent when you are already in the process. She NAILED every single step, made very right decisions till we got an offer with the highest value the house could be sold for. After you got an offer, you need an agent with negotiation skills, legally knowledgeable to be on top of escrow process. How about having an agent that works with an appraiser, get him to wait, goes to home depot to get smoke alarms and close the appraisal right on offer value? Impressive?? Honestly, the list goes on and on for things that Rochelle went out of her way to help and get things done in the selling process. Thanks, Rochelle. Respect. "Worst experience with Rochelle , worse customer service and communication. I have never been treated this poorly before , I wish I could get a hold of the owner who is trying to rent the condo and let her know till this is your agent your house will not getting rent out, me and my husband were very interested to rent this condo but Rochelle waste over 10 days of our time and we were the one keep trying to communicate with her and after 2 weeks she text my husband and said the owner didn’t accept the application and we should go forward with our other options, she didn’t even gave us Any reason why we didn’t get approved, which with my husband income making over 120k in year and high credit score I can’t understand what can be the reason , I hope the owner see This review and re consider about this agent."

"If you're looking for a Real Estate Agent and run across this ad, just stop looking and call her right now!! She is absolutely amazing and is someone my wife and I would recommend any day of the week. So why do we feel this way? Great question and here's the simple answer: My wife and I were looking for a home so we ended up in one of her open houses. Her and her assistant, Dustin were a breathe of fresh air after going from open house to open house. We immediately walked in the door and started to talk. After about 30 minutes of talking (which was general life conversations by the way) we toured the home and realized that this one wasn't the perfect home for us. But by then the bond was created and we both realized that we wanted Rochelle to represent us on the purchase side when we found the right home for us. "My husband and I were in a situation where we were trying to buy a short sale home. Unfortunately we were running into obstacles with the real estate agent that we were currently working with. The agent was very inexperienced in the field of short sales and real-estate in general. Because we had been in the deal for so long and we were coming up on foreclosure we had to stick with him. Rochelle came as a referral to us and ended up being the biggest lifesaver. She not only worked with our current agent but was able to give us the ins and outs on how to buy a short sale home.
